Selection Procedure

Candidates who are shortlisted based on the written test and meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for the following selection process:

  1. Group Discussion/Psychometric Testing
  2. Panel Interview

Candidates must bring a printed copy of their completed Application Form, attested copies of educational/professional documents, the Equivalence Certificate from HEC (if applicable), proof of NTS fee payment, Domicile, CNIC, and three passport-sized photographs. During the training period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend equal to half of the salary.
